Ayoub is a technical and operations leader with 9 years of experience in R&D, laboratory management, product development, and product management. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with expertise in precision instrumentation, compliance systems, and optimisation. His technical specialties include rheology, viscosity measurement, process sensors, and general laboratory equipment, focused on delivering reliable, high-performance solutions.

Olivier R. Berteau

Olivier is a chemical engineer with over 30 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. He has led the design and development of innovative bioprocessing technologies, including patented solutions in cell culture, perfusion, continuous manufacturing, and advanced bioreactor sensing. His expertise spans technology development, product innovation, and global commercial strategy across upstream and downstream bioprocessing.
