ALL-IN-ONE Solution for Monitoring and Controlling your Fermentation - Simple and Scalable

The fermSYS-CUBE provides a compact and easy-to-use solution for monitoring, analysing and controlling fermentation processes. Installed directly on the exhaust gas outlet, the system continuously measures VOC signatures and transforms them into actionable process insights.

The fermSYS Cube contains all the components you need for process monitoring:

  • VOC sensor for online measurement of metabolic activity in exhaust air

  • fermHUB software for measurement, visualisation and control

  • Local ad hoc Wi-Fi for direct access without a network infrastructure

  • Wi-Fi connection for transmitting data to the central fermHUB PRO platform

This means you can get started straight away – without any additional hardware or local software installation.

Additional Key Features

1 - Connect your own sensors and seamlessly integrate them into the CUBEs data platform.

2 - Transform fermentation data into intelligent control strategies.

3 - Integrate your own actuators to automate and control your process.

Easy to Use

  • Install the CUBE on the exhaust vent of your shake flask or laboratory fermenter.
  • Connect any Wi-Fi enabled device (laptop, tablet or smartphone).
  • Start measuring immediately.
  • Scale your application with flexible extensions.
